Returns

If you purchased a DRL Apparel product through Amazon, all returns and refunds are handled directly through Amazon in accordance with Amazon’s return policies. Please log into your Amazon account to initiate a return request.

If you purchased directly from our website (if applicable), you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used face coverings or bandanas that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be returned.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

For Amazon purchases, refund timing is determined by Amazon’s policies.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Shipping Costs

For website purchases:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
